KOREA: DAY 5: Lotte Department Store/ EXO FANSIGNING

Yes, I did meet Exo, YES IT WAS BY CHANCE AND LUCK 

AND YES I'M LIKE DYING

But I will restrain myself and start from the very beginning. I will try to rmb everything they said and did...LOL BUT I MUST SAY THEY ARE THE LARGEST AND CUTEST DORKS EVARRRR....ARGHHHHH I'M LOSING MY MIND (c wut i did thar? HARHAR)

OKOK FROM THE BEGINNING

And actually, the "beginning" starts from yesterday actually. Yesterday, while we were at YP bookstore buying Exo's album for the fansign, if you guys still recall, I had mentioned that we met this girl that bought 60 albums rite? She was Thai and she can sorta speak English ok and so we had a short chat while she was filling out her information for her tickets. Lillian ended up rmbing her name but I didn't even catch her name. In fact, I sorta forgot all about her. 

Later that night, as we checked the website for the list of the 100 people (out of like 2000 applicants, that made it into the fansign and obviously we didn't get in from the ONE album we each bought. But we saw that that girl DID get in. 

We didn't really think too much of it except that she was lucky and that she sorta should get in since she bought so much and like we would need to wake up extra early tomorrow in order to get a good spot to sorta see them as they walk in or something even though we won't be able to get anything signed.

OK, so the fansign starts at 8pm and it takes us an hour to get there so we wanted to leave at 3pm and get there super early so that we'd be sure to at least sneak a glimpse of them.

And then we got to Lotte Department store after the hour ride.

We were super early so we decided to kill some time at a cafe (we had assumed that the fansign was going to be inside the bookstore which was on the floor below the one with the cafe so we stayed close).

What I ordered:

^ and again, cafes are incredibly expensive. The above was 5000 won.

OK, so it was around 6, we still had 2 hours to kill, so we decided to head to the bookstore and just camp out there for them. So we started reading some books there and looking at the albums (I bought the Ukiss album).

And then it was almost 7 and that's when we realized something wasn't quite right. For the Ukiss fansigning, the manager and the staff had started setting up like 80 minutes before the fanmeet started, but there was no sign of any sort of set-up at ALL. For the next hour, we roamed ALL OVER THE DEPARTMENT STORE. We literally went up and down 7 floors of the department floor like 5 times.

We walked around each floor and checked every area!!

We inspected EVERY CORNER of the bookstore too.

WE WERE WORRYING NOW because there was no crowd and no signs of screaming or any sort of large motion or etc and no Exo music playing anywhere throughout the mall either.

At that point, we had somewhat given up. We were sure that the fanmeeting was somewhere secret for only the people that got the ticket were informed and that it might not even be in the mall at all.

But then, at around 7:50, literally 10 minutes before the fansign was supposed to start, we started noticing people (okie, girls) carrying gift bags and whatnot going up the stairs to the area where the theatre was. We were like, why were they going to the theatre? Are they watching a movie or something? Did the Exo fansign get cancelled? Delayed?

At that point we were SO confused.

And people everywhere had this like bishface on, the type where you know that if you ask them about the fansign, they wouldn't tell you.

We were SAO SAO discouraged and hungry and tired.

But then...we started noticing and those girls were ENTERING THE THEATRE with their EXO tickets and it was then that we realized...OH the FANSIGN IS INSIDE ONE OF THE ROOMS IN THE THEATRE ONLY OPEN TO THE PEOPLE THAT HAVE A WINNING TICKET!

Ah. crap. 

LOL.

We were VERY upset to know that we wouldn't be able to see them.

It was already 8, but still no commotion, no screaming, no nothing, not even from inside the theatre. We just sort of stood there for a while, not sure what to do.

AND THEN.

AND FREAKING THEN, at around 8:20 (20 minutes after when the fansign was SUPPOSED to start) WE HEAR SCREAMING AND IT WAS THEN THAT we saw a GLIMPSE of blurry ish figures walking into one of the theatre rooms. Ofc, the theatre area was blocked off and you can only enter if you have the ticket, but we were sorta in the back and we didn't manage to really see them. All I managed to get is this blurry as heck picture. I'm not even sure who it is. Most likely the tall figure is Chanyeol or Kai.

Apparently that person waved and people were screaming.

 

 LOL. Ok, so all the people that had the ticket were already in there and the remaining people outside were just there to wait for them to leave and to try to take pictures then. 

So we stood there.

For about 20 minutes. Tired. Hungry. Depressed. LOL

And while we were there, we saw lots of people purposefully buying movie tickets just to get in and prob camp outside the theatre room that Exo was in. But they were denied access LMAO, EVEN THOUGH they legit had bought the movie tickets.

AND there was this one girl BRIBING the admission guy to try to get in. LIKE LMAO. OMG.

But yeah, we were just standing there, completely drained, thinking that we had basically wasted our entire day for absolutely nothing.

And like after about 20 minutes just standing there, I was about to suggest that we head down to grab something to eat (cuz we barely ate ANYTHING for the whole day). AND THEN

AND FREAKING THEN

AND FREAKING FREAKING THEN

WE SEE THIS GIRL RUNNING OUT OF THE ROOM THAT EXO WAS IN

AND IT WAS THAT GIRL

THAT GIRL THAT HAD BOUGHT 60 ALBUMS

IT WAS HER

LIKE FAJDNLKJDFHNKSJDNFKJSn

AND SHE SCANNED THE CROWD

AND SAW US

AND RECOGNIZED US

AND TOLD US SHE HAD 2 EXTRA TICKETS

LIKE TWO EXTRA TICKETS?! ONE FOR EACH OF US? IT WAS JUST RIGHT IT WAS SO PERFECT IT WAS LIKE WTH IS HAPPENING?!!?1?

IS THIS THE REAL LIFE?!

SOOOOOO, we each got in and like at this moment we were hyperventilating LMAO, ESP because we had ALREADY given up on the fact that we'd see them at all.

BUT NOW WE WERE FREAKING GOING TO BE ABLE TO TALK TO THEM AND SEE THEM UP CLOSE? LIKE....MY FANGIRL HEART CANNOT TAKE THIS...

BUT.

There was a catch. She had won three times (out of her 60) and the reason why she had to find two more people was because she needed to get signs for her friends and one person was only allowed to get one album signed. THAT'S why she needed to find two more people.

BUT WHATEVER, even though I'm getting something signed FOR HER, I DON'T REALLY MIND BECAUSE I GET TO SEE THEM AND BLAB TO THEM

But like I was shaking so badly and couldn't really think of anything witty or funny to say OMFG.

So we enter the theatre room and out of the 100 in there, I was number 99 (!!! next to last person). But this girl really wanted to switch with me, so I let her and was 97.

AND OMFG....the fansign was already like almost done and our turn was REALLY SOON. At that moment, more than anything, I wanted to take pictures and scream lmao, but it was really quiet ish in here and cameras were not allowed, whether it be video OR picture. THEY actually scold you and confiscate it, so I didn't really want to risk it. 

BUT ANYWAYS, IT WAS OUR TURN. AND WE WALK DOWN THE FREAKING STAIRS FROM OUR SEATS AND...SEHUN WAS FIRST.

OMG OMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOGMOGM

You guys have to realize, I legit had almost no time to think of things to say, and was sorta rushed into it xDDDD ARGHHHHHHHHH so much regret xDDD EVERYTHING I SAID WAS SORTA IMPROVISED

So the girl that bought 60 albums gave me a photoalbum of theirs to sign with the names of her friends on post-it notes already on the designated pages in the album so Exo just had to copy the name down when they are signing. It was Thai names so I didn't really know it that well and OMG...

OK so for Sehun.

SEHUN:

I basically murmured something along the lines of a greeting, could BARELY LOOK AT HIM..

And it was funny because I never was really into Sehun. I only really paid attention to him because of HunHan and YEAH...LOL

BUT DAMN, their presence...OMG...meeting them in real life is actually really life-changing LMAO

MESSING UP MY ENTIRE BIAS LIST

But anyways, I flipped to his page, sorta like stumbling and like shaking.

He looked at the name and was asking me how to spell it cuz the writing on the post-it note was messy. I didn't really know but luckily the girl was behind me and she corrected him and told him. BUT YEAH

I was saying something like 저는 개나다에서 왔어요 (I came from Canada)^^ 

Cuz to be honest, I was completely frozen, it was lucky that I even managed to mutter out anything.

He said something like 어ㅓㅓ 진짜? 와우.. (oh really? wow ^^)

I nodded like a hyper chipmunk or sth, LMAO and like thanked him and moved on.

SUHO:

Suho was next and the post-it note for Suho was for one of her friends with a LONG LONG Thai name in THAI, not in english. 

LOL , Suho looked at it and was like a little taken aback XDDDD

So I said hi, and like stayed quiet.

SUHO WAS SO SMILEY LOL. Honestly, I now find him so charming. Suho was actually one of the last people in Exo whose name I memorized, but now that I actually see him, his smile was SO SO SO SO SO CHARMING.

AND HE WAS SO NICE.

So he looked at the name and was like sorta scared to try to attempt to copy it down.

As he was copying out the name he kept chanting to himself: 할수있다, 할수있다, ... (I can do it, I can do it...)

LOL Y IS THIS MAN SO CUTE?

I asked him 아ㅏ, 좀 어렵죠? (Ah, it's sorta hard, right?)

He nodded, but LOL he was CONCENTRATING SO HARD ON THE NAME LMAO, HE'S SO CUTE @.@

So yeah, anyways, once he finished writing, he like made a happy exclaimation, like he was super proud of himself xD And I congratulated him xDD LOL....

And he was smiling so happily ARGHOHSDJFISDJKFHNSKJDF

OK NEXT:

KAI:

OMFG...KAI...LOOKS...I gotta say, SO AMAZING IN PERSON.

Ok, yes, they all look good regardless, but OMG KAI. Like I couldn't believe I was in front of the Kai that was in all those teasers and the Kai that did the screaming part in MAMA, and etc etc...LIKE mv moments of him and live perf moments of him flashed through my head once I saw him up close. LOL it seems dramatic, but LOL....

So I gave the album to him, barely able to flip to his page. With nothing else to really say, I just said the same thing I did to Sehun.

저는 개나다에서 왔어요 ^^ (I came from Canada)

He was like 어, 어디에요? (Where?)

And I STUTTERED LOL I LEGIT STUTTERED, "밴구버요" (Vancouver)

I can't exactly rmb his exact reaction but he nodded and smiled politely. 

HEEHEE, being close, he REALLY seemed like a kid. I know he's a year younger and everything but everytime I see him in their mvs or teasers or live, he LOOKS SO MATURE...and..LOL..hot...ahem

But looking at him closely, his features are quite young (well his face anyways..his body..on the other hand ;D) LOL. 

ARGHHH THAT CUTEY.

I sorta whispered something like 아프로 아프지 마세요 (Don't get hurt from now on) (i Have no idea if I'm spelling the Korean right LMAO)

and he nodded and thanked me.

CHANYEOL:

Ok Chanyeol was the one that I didn't talk that much too. In fact, I barely talked to him at all. Too busy staring at him...no...I think I could only manage to stare at his hair..LOL

His face was too good-looking that I couldn't even stare him in the eyes...ARGHHH

So I said hi and he signed his page and omg....I wish I said something T-T

AND THEN he was done but the next person after him, D.O, was still signing, so I had this really awkward silence with Chanyeol...like I just stood in front of him, trying to say something but didn't and he was just like drinking water LMAO

ARGHHHH SO MUCH REGRET LMAO

I could've totally like rapped his part in MAMA or History or sth if I had prepared or STH, but ofc, ZERO PREPARATION. I didn't have any presents  to give to them cuz it was just so unexpected!!!

So....nothing happened..

SIGH.

But I must say, his eyes are really big and he's...SO SO SO good-looking....LIKE...REALLY

ARGH. I was too intimidated to look at him, srsly...

D.O:

D.O IS MY BIAS IN EXO-K....

SO....I HHHHHAAADD TO SAY STH TO HIM...

So I said hi and he said hi and I gave him the album and as he was signing, I was about to say something about his derpiness on tumblr and say something about all those macros and memes of his derpfaces and ETC

BUT I COULDN'T LMAO...I just couldn't SPEAK!!!

So...I did something weird...LOL

I had sunglasses with me...

So I wore them and was like

오빠 너무 반짝반짝으니까, 저는 아내어서도 선글라스 써야 해요 ^-^""" (Because oppa is so banjjak banjjak (shining? bright? idk english trans), even inside I have to wear sunglasses).

And again, I have no idea if I said it grammatically correct and etc. ARGH IF ONLY I HAD TIME TO PREPARE, I WOULD'VE SAID SOMETHING WITTIER AND HAD A CHANCE TO CHECK OVER MA KOREAN

But anyways, D.O laughed..he LAUGHED

HE LAUGHED

ARGH HIS SMILE IS SO BEAUTIFUL

And like, I swear, his eyes are so big...

so shiny and round and clear and CUTE

AND HE STARED UP AT ME

THANK GOD I WAS WEARING SUNGLASSES CUZ I WOULDN'T BE ABLE TO HANDLE IT

And he laughed and said Thank you ^^"

ARGH

I said something cheesy like hwaiting!!! And then almost tripped over myself going to Baekhyun xD

BAEKHYUN:

SO I WAS ALREADY SO OVERWHELMED BY EVERYTHING THAT BY THE TIME I GOT TO BAEKHYUN I WAS LIKE...OMG...I'M ALREADY DEAD LMAO

Baekhyun was the one that talked the least out of all of them

So..for Baekhyun..I don't really have much to say, EXCEPT THAT EYELINER IS SO GOOD ON HIM. I AM SO LUCKY TO BE ABLE TO SEE EYELINER ON HIM IN PERSON UP CLOSE LMAO

But yeah, I only said hi...and thanked him and he thanked me and ARGHHHHH

BUT YEAH...

Lillian didn't get much from him either.

BUT STILL

HE WAS PERFECT

THEY WERE ALL SO PERFECT

I wanted to say something about him being called "bacon" overseas, but decided not to...LOL he prob gets that a lot already xDD

So after I went back to my seat, I managed to sneak some pictures while all the staff were looking elsewhere

 

And yeah...LOL

AND THEN, they all got up once the fansigning was over and did that WE ARE ONE, EXO thing <3 <3

And then they said all that thanking the fans stuff 

(NOTE: OK MY KOREAN ISN'T THAT GREAT STILL AND I COULD ONLY UNDERSTAND ABOUT 60%-70% OF WHAT THEY WERE SAYING xD)

And then they decided to introduce themselves individually.

I don't really recall what they introduced themselves as, but I just rmb that Baekhyun introduced himself as in charge of eyeliner in the group xDD

And Kai said he was in charge of sexy xDD and he did that cute face palm thing that he always does when he's embarrassed :3

And Suho was like saying how he wishes that the fansign was longer and he said it'd be nice to watch a movie with us together (since we're in the theatre) and then fans were like YEAH YEAH LET'S DO THAT, and Suho was like "next time *smiles*" and then Chanyeol was like whispering to the fans "make him promise!" and Suho was like laughing "ok ok I promise"

And then fans made Sehun do buing buing.

He was like protesting but people made him do it anyways xD (I think Suho forced him xDDD)

And so he did it AND ALKJSFNSKJDFNSKDJF

CAN I JUST KEYBOARD SMASH LMAO

And it wasn't the fail buing buing he did in the Exo showcase, but like it was a legit GOOD buing buing (someone's been practicing)

AND THEN fans were like SUHO SUHO DO IT TOO!!!

And Suho was like NO NO NO, but the members wanted to make him do it too. And Suho's like "maybe we should all do it" and the members were STRONGLY against it xDDD EXCEPT Sehun, who had already done it and felt wronged LMAO

AND SEHUN WAS LIKE YES EVERYONE SHOULD DO IT LMAO

AND SUHO WAS LIKE OK I'LL DO IT BUT ONLY IF YOU GUYS PROMISE THAT THIS WILL NOT BE REVEALED XD

AND HE WAS LIKE JOKING, I'll keep my promise about watching a movie together if you guys keep this buing buing business a secret xDDD

But anyways Suho did it AND IT WAS PERFECT LMAO

And so then when it got to Kai, fans wanted him to do something sexy.

Kai was wearing his MAMA outfit which was already revealing enough in itself and he was SO EMBARRASSED and he was like "Ah, what I'm wearing is sorta revealing isn't it?" *FANS SCREAM*, and then Kai suddenly does like a dance move ish thang where he casually flipped open his revealing shirt a bit AND LMAO EVERYONE WENT WILD... and then he did that face-palm thing again and laughed and like stuttered like crazy and zipped up his jacket immediately xDD

And then Kai sorta did this crazy silly dance to shake off his embarrassment but i think it made him more embarrassed LMAO

and then it got to Chanyeol and people were like DO BUING BUING

AND CHANYEOL was the against it the MOST out of the group

He was just like AH AH, NOOOOO NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO, and then he laughed and was like OK THANK YOU FOR COMING TODAY *totally trying to end the fansign before ppl make him do buing buing* WE ARE ONE, EXO *LOL he was the only one that said that, no one else said it with him*

And he laughed from the awkwardness and I don't rly recall what happened next.

And then D.O and Baekhyun...I don't rly rmb what they did but I don't think they did much except talk more and thank the fans ^^

But I gotta admit, they were stuttering and like doing "... 네..." ("...and yeah") 's LOL because they run out of things to say and end their sentences super awkwardly LMAO

IT WAS SO CUTE xD

OKOKOK, that's all I will write for now. UGH TIME TO GO AND TRY TO SLEEP xD

OMGSH..

Just so much regret that i didn't prepare anything, nor had gifts, nor said much T-T

Anywho, plans for tomorrow: Go visit se7en's resaturant, shopping in Apgujung ^-^
