Harro~ Another day, another adventure ^-^
Ok so today morning Lillian wasn't feeling very good so I had to go to Gangnam for this errand (by MYSELF) . Oh gawd, first time riding subway by myself. LOL. So glad I didn't get lost :D
YESH.
It was quite fun actually.
I acted like I knew what I was doing as I was walking, but secretly my eyes were like urgently scanning the signs for the right exits and transfer numbers and all that stuff xD
But it was sorta scary at the same time since both of us don't have working korean phone numbers and so we can't call each other or even text when and where to meet up later~
And altho we can Kakao; that requires wifi and it just doesn't connect well in most places :|
So after we met up (after some difficulties) (and after buying kimbap from familymart), we went to Hongdae!!!
And immediately from the subway exit that we came out from, we were immersed into the....Hongdae...ness...lol oh you know, just random violent graffiti like "I will kill you" and "F***" etcetc.

It was a RLY hot day...@.@
Ok first destination: HELLO KITTY CAFE!
It took us an hour to find...
We just kept walking and walking and walking and...
The sun was killing us @.@

WE'VE FOUND IT
^ I ordered Sweet Potato Latte and Yogurt Ice Cream while Lillian ordered Vanilla Fruit Waffle and Ice Tea~
Was NOT cheap~
But hey, it's a freaking Hello Kitty cafe xD
^So sad to ruin it T^T
^ even the toilet is cute as heck!!!
After that, we went on a short shopping spree~
^10,500 won for both
And then we went to find cheap food to eat xDDD
So we found this small shack owned by a kind ajusshi and ajumma ^^
^ the ENTIRE meal is only 11,500 won!!!! It's enough for 3 ppl!!!
After that, we attempted to search for Coffee Prince cafe, and
WE FOUND IT
'cept it was closed T^T
Just our luck T_T
Oh and as we were walking around, we saw people carrying cameras following around this celebrity (?). We both had no idea who she was though~~ But she was very very tall, and pretty~

Then we went to our Language Cast meetup (both our first times xD)
^It was located at Chloris cafe (whole place is rented out for the evening just for the meeting~~).
Basically , here, the foreigners get to converse with some locals in order to get to know more cultures and improve their own languages~~
At first it was hecka awkward though o.o
LOL.
Mainly because we weren't the type to go around and talk to people out of the blue~~
But then it got better~
Eventually we met this Korean guy ('92er) and he started talking to us (in broken ish English xD) and then this other guy too who has his own Ted Talks, was cameo-ed in T-ara's mv, AND composes and writes his own songs @.@
So we all talked until 10pm which is when the meetup ends~~
Exchanged fbs and kakaos and stuff~~
It was really fun, meeting new people and testing out our Korean xDDD
And lols, as we left, the '92er guy and his friends were walking behind us 'cuz we were going the same way and like Troublemaker was playing on the street (and during our talk Lillian basically exposed my youtube....LOL okay well not really, but she talked about me dancing..), and I didn't realize they were following us so I did this move from Troublemaker just for fun and lol they laughed behind us.
And then they started whistling Troublemaker and LOL
It was funny
But..embarrassing
Why do I do these things to myself xDDD
HAHAHHAHA
But anyways,
Tomorrow shall be a food day :)
