KOREA: Day 8: Blah Day/ Shopping

Haiii :D

Lol, today we were supposed to wake up at 5am to go to try and get into Music Core (and use the fact that we came from Canada as an excuse as to why we should go in and well, we bought tons of albums so...) BUT both of us slept in....

when we woke up, it was 6:44am (still early, but considering it's Taetiseo's comeback stage and the fact that today is Children's Day in Korea....we had no chance)

And uhh....we were both very much tired and lacking sleep

so we both went back to sleep xD and woke up at around 3-4pm =____=

Well, considering that half of the day is already over, we decided that we'd just chill around the Myeongdong area (once again) and shop! We needed to finish off buying all the stuff we had on our list anyways, and all the important stuffs like Namsan Tower, Itaewon, Insadong, Hello Kitty Cafe, Hongdae, Lotte World, jimjilbangs, etc, were planned for the remaining week~ We wanted to get shopping out of the way first so we can just chill and play for the rest of the time here :p

So yes, another Myeongdong day.

And since it was Children's Day...holy mother of D.O's derpface...it was CROWDED

 It was a torture just trying to navigate around!!!

But eventually we settled on a restaurant (but to our dismay, we realized we didn't exactly select a cheap one T-T)

 This restaurant was three stories and when we went in, there was a server by each set of stairs gesturing for us to go up, and then we went up, and then another server appears telling us to go up again, and so we went up again xD

So many stairs.

But yeah, we were seated on the third floor~

Very limited choice on the menu. Maybe about...7 items in total?

 

 I ordered fish and it was 9000 won~~ Which still beats Canadian prices considering that everything was refillable except ofc the fish~

 I scarfed this down SO fast LMAO~ It was REALLY good, but then again, it's hard finding a BAD restaurant here~ @.@

And there's literally hundreds of choices on every street....

I might go crazy. SO many food possibilities, so little time and money T-T

And not to mention street food....

It's currently 4am here and I am making myself hungry. Not a good idea.

Ok.

So we walked a bit! (ok a lot)

 And it was an amazing day, as usual~

(I think I lost weight....)

AND AND as we were shopping, we passed by this store and like these guys (around my age ish?) were standing outside sort of trying to advertise whatever they were selling

but I guess they were tired or were taking a break so they were sorta just leaning on the large poster thingies

And one of them randomly started singing along to the ballad that was playing in the store

Omg..... <3

AHHH guys that can sing..

LOL we made this split second eye contact, and he kept singing, and for a moment it looked as if he was singing to me and I died lol

So ofc I looked away :D

why do I die so easily...

Anyways..

And we bought some food, jewelry, and kpop stuff~

Sigh, kpop stuff is very expensive T-T

^T-ara phone chain for my friend (4000 won)

 Infinite thingie (4000 won)

^ Bag, originally 13000 won but ajumma was nice and lowered to 12000 won ~

^one for me, one for ma friend (FINALLY FOUND STH WITH INFINITE LOGO LMAO. Was searching like mad for infinite necklaces, bracelets, rings....ANYTHING)

There were only two left :\

3000 won each~ ^^

Because of a certain connection, we most likely will be able to get in :D

Omgsh, I'm dying to see BAP, Exo-K, U-Kiss, Taetiseo, Sistar, 4minute, Girl's Day, ETC ETC

And then after that, we plan to go noraebang and samgyupsal along with 2 friends of Lillian's that live here~

YAYYY, tmw will be fun, and LONGGGGG
